SEMINARIO PREPARATORIO DE LA III CUMBRE ACADÉMICA UNIÓN EUROPEA-COMUNIDAD DE ESTADOS LATINOAMERICANOS Y CARIBEÑOS (EU-CELAC)
ESTOCOLMO, 6 – 7 DE OCTUBRE DE 2016
Misión: La misión de este Seminario Preparatorio es avanzar en la implementación del Espacio Común Euro-Latinoamericano y Caribeño de Educación Superior, Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación. Estamos convencidos de que este espacio común constituye un pilar fundamental en la Asociación Estratégica Birregional UE-CELAC.
Objetivos: El seminario tiene dos objetivos principales: el primero, trabajar sobre los ejes de acción contemplados en la Declaración de Bruselas de la II Cumbre Académica UE-CELAC 2015 y en el Plan de Acción 2015-2017 aprobado por la II Cumbre de los Jefes de Estado y de Gobierno UE-CELAC. El segundo, formular nuevas propuestas para la III Cumbre de Jefes de Estado y de Gobierno CELAC-UE 2017.
Organización: Este Seminario Preparatorio es organizado por el Instituto Europeo de Estudios Internacionales en coordinación con la Secretaría Ejecutiva del Foro Académico Permanente UE-CELAC y la Fundación EU-LAC, y cuenta con la colaboración del Departamento de Estudios Románicos y Clásicos de la Facultad de Humanidades de la Universidad de Estocolmo y del Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores de Suecia.
El Seminario Preparatorio en Estocolmo que está dirigido a: Autoridades universitarias; académicos; profesores universitarios; investigadores; graduados universitarios; miembros de centros e institutos de investigación y de estudios de educación superior de Europa, América Latina y el Caribe.
La participación es gratuita y libre. Pero las plazas son limitadas, por lo que le sugerimos se registren lo más pronto posible. Le recordamos que al igual que en los seminarios preparatorios anteriores, los participantes cubren todos sus gastos, tanto de pasajes como estancia, y los organizadores asumen los gastos de la realización del seminario.

PREPARATORY SEMINAR OF THE III ACADEMIC SUMMIT EUROPEAN UNION-LATINOAMERICA & CARIBBEAN (EU-CELAC)
STOCKHOLM, 6th – 7th OCTOBER 2016
Mission: The mission of this Preparatory Seminar is to advance in the implementation of the Euro-Latin American and Caribbean Common Area for Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation.
Objectives: The seminar has two specific objectives: the first one, to work on the lines of action established in the Brussels Declaration presented in the II EU-CELAC Academic Summit 2015, and the 2015-2017 Action Plan approved by the II EU-CELAC Summit of Heads of State and Government 2015. The second one, to formulate new action proposals for the III CELAC-EU Summit of Heads of State and Government 2017.
Organized by: This Preparatory Seminar is organized by European Institute of International Studies, in partnership with the Executive Secretariat of the EU-CELAC Permanent Academic Forum and the EU-LAC Foundation and also with the collaboration of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Sweden and the Stockholm University.
The Seminar, which is aimed at university authorities; academics; university teachers; researchers; college graduates; members of research centers and institutes and higher education studies in Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean.
Participation is free but seats are limited, therefore we recommend you to register as soon as possible. The EIIS will cover all the seminar related costs, but kindly observe that all travel and lodging costs should be covered by your own institution.
